The breakfast was large and generous and included. Appreciated the deluxe queen room, it was functional the time we came in. Location: the hotel was just next door to all the tourist sites in the area including Japanese bridge, ancient town and many great restaurants and cafes, the beautiful gardens, and the nearest beach. We didn't feel like leaving and would come there again.

The superior double room had a 'stand up shower' and a riverside view with a bath. the resort's pool was excellent. the location on the island, overlooking the river, was perfect and convenient.

Pro: large and clean room, beautiful location, nice pool.Evening market to try local food is nice.
Most of the staff seems moody. Breakfast, although a large choice, was not really good.

I had a problem with the wifi and the management went out of their way to a help me. The manager was incredibly helpful he was always there to answer questions and suggest places and things to do. It is a resort but only a five minute walk to town
That I didn't plan on staying longer

Location is excellent, 5 min walk to the center of the Hoian city, with a good view of the river from the hotel. Facilities were also pretty nice withspacious roomes and a large pool just in front of all villas. Breakfast was satisfactory. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Considering the price (July), it was very good value for money.
None.

Countryside market was a unique & really enjoyable experience. We enjoyed it so much we didn't even need to eat dinner that night as there was a generous serve of everything.

Very impressed - happy with everything particularly the facilities, the breakfast and the staff. Would recommend
Only thing could fault it would be the poor hot water pressure, still not such a big thing in comparison with all the good points

We had an amazing family experience at this riverside resort in Hoi An! The location is perfect - just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Night Market and the charming old town. We loved the range of hands-on activities available for people of all ages. The kids had a blast at the pottery workshop, where they got to mold and paint their own creations. We also enjoyed the cooking class, where we learned to make traditional Vietnamese dishes together. These activities were not only fun but also safe and educational. the resort provided an unforgettable experience for our whole family!
For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor recreational options.

Had a fantastic stay, the staff we very help full and we not hesitate in recommending this to any going to hoi an.
The towels by the pool were tread bare but readily available to change as many times without signing in or out. the hotel is quite old and needs a bit of a face lift but value for money you carn't go wrong.

Excellent location a short walk from the centre of Hoi An. The swimmingpool was great and so was the view over the river. Good berakfast with a lot of choices.
The staff was a bit rigid we thought, as if there was a chief they had to check everything with. Is this hotel perhaps state-run?
